The coriander and black pepper are prevalent on the aroma with underlying bubblegum-like esters. The sweet, doughy quality of the Pale malt and wheat roll across the tongue leaving you with the lingering flavor of sweet orange peel and a hint of spice. Moderate hop usage provides just enough bitterness to balance the sweet malt character and is almost imperceptible.
