Wolf Dog Wit
Belgian Witbier 20 IBU 5.5% ABV
Brewed with coriander, orange peel, and black pepper, this classic Belgian wheat beer is pleasantly gentle on the palate with a bit of body and a sweetish finish. Pairs great with seafood, a lightly-dressed salad, or goat cheese. 6.25/16oz or 3.75/9oz “half pour”
Dynamite Brown Ale
American Brown Ale 30 IBU 6.0% ABV
Love delicious caramel aroma with just a touch of coffee roastieness and chocolate? Us too! You’ll get all of that in our brown ale, along with a bit of floral American hops. It finishes dry, with notes of caramel and toffee. 6.25/16oz or 3.75/9oz “half pour”
Savannah River IPA
American IPA 50 IBU 7.0% ABV
Our dark golden IPA features a ton of American hops. Bravo, Amarillo, and Citra hops provide a medley of citrus and stone fruit aroma, with a bit of piny resin. Bready malt character on the palate quickly gives way to an assertive, lasting hop bitterness. 6.25/16oz or 3.75/9oz “half pour”

SMaSH Attack! Vol. 8
Single Malt and Single Hop IPA 6.0% ABV
This one is an interesting study in hop varietals. Our latest market Single Malt and Single Hop IPA release features Chinook hops–but not the Chinook you’re used to. While Chinook from the Yakima Valley feature pine and black pepper spice, these Michigan Chinook hops are full of pineapple, green mango and persimmon. Like its PNW cousin, though, you’ll still find a long bitter finish that evolves nicely on your palate. $6.75/16oz or $4/9oz “half pour”
Swamp Thing After Dark
Smoothie Sour 5.7% ABV
It’s back! This variation of our flagship fruited sour is PACKED with blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and cherries–7x the fruit in our Swamp Thing! There’s also just a touch of vanilla. Sweet and slightly tart, this version is somewhat thicker on the palate than our traditional Swamp Thing and is like drinking an alcoholic smoothie. $7.5/16oz or $4/9oz “half pour”

Coffee Lager 5.3% ABV
Avid disc golfer (and Head Brewer) Adam brewed this beer specifically for his disc golf buddies, but even if you don’t know a Mambo from a DX Eagle, you can still enjoy this lovely coffee lager. It’s crisp and refreshing, with subtle coffee notes thanks to the Ethiopian and Rwandan beans, and the perfect brew to unwind with after a long day or round of disc golf. $6.75/16oz or $4/9oz “half pour”

Alphabet Soup
DDH IPA 6.9% ABV
This DDHIPA–that’s “double dry-hopped India Pale Ale” for you non-professionals–is more than just word salad (or soup). An insane amount of Cascade, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops were added on the cold side to produce a ton of hop aroma and flavor. Notes of papaya, grapefruit, apricot, and passion fruit are the dominant players. It’s medium-heavy bodied, juicy, and features nice, lingering bitterness. $7.25/12oz
Raspberry Lemonade Southern Sour
American Sour 5% ABV
This latest in our Southern Sour series is lemony tart with 5lbs-per-barrel of raspberry for a refreshing, mouth-watering puckery punch to your taste buds. $7.25/12oz
SMaSH Paradigm
Single Malt and Single Hop IPA 6.9% ABV
Our latest experimental SMaSh IPA features Paradigm hops.. Apricot and peach notes are prominent. For fun, compare and contrast this one with our Pair of Dig ‘Em DIPA–also brewed with Paradigm. $7.25/12oz

Egg Nog Ale
Nothing says the holidays like a creamy glass of nog, so we brewed this egg nog-inspired wheat ale to celebrate! Cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla set the stage, and nitrogen service give the impression of creamieness. $7.25/12oz

Swamp Dog
Sour/Witbier mashup 5.6% ABV
We pour a 50/50 mix of our Swamp Thing After Dark and our Wolf Dog Wit, and the result is a fruit-forward, tart (but not aggressively so) sour. Refreshing and accessible, if your go-to is a cider or a seltzer, give this a try. Since it’s not available outside the brewery, we’ll gladly pour you a crowler to go. 6.5/16oz or 4/ 9oz “half pour”
Witmosa
Witbier + OJ 4.8% ABV
It’s your Sunday (or anyday) treat! Fresh orange juice compliments the orange peel our Wolf Dog Witbier is brewed with, and the result is a delicious, light, citrusy Sunday pick-me-up. 6.75/12oz or 5/9oz “half pour”
