EVENT RENTAL INFORMATION

 
 

Thank you for considering the Savannah River Brewing Company (SRBC) as host for your upcoming event.  This packet contains all of the information you need to decide if our facilities are right for your special occasion.

We know how important your choice of venue is to the overall success of your event.  Our Brewery, Taproom and Patio/Beer Garden, located in downtown Augusta, is one of the most unique and dynamic destinations in the greater Augusta area, sure to provide your guests with a special and unforgettable experience.    

Our unique, newly renovated facility offers:

  • 5,500+ square feet of indoor Taproom space with an open floor plan that offers endless configuration and decorating possibilities, and expansive views into the Production Brewery 

    • Our indoor Taproom furnishings offer seating for 120 guests, spaciously arranged. 

    • For standing, reception type events, our Taproom can easily accommodate 300+ guests

  • 3,500+ square feet of outdoor Patio/Beer Garden space that provides your guests a breath of fresh air

    • Our outdoor Patio furnishings offer seating for 28 guests, spaciously arranged.  Additional picnic table seating is available in the Beer Garden

    • For standing, reception type events, our Patio/Beer Garden can easily accommodate 125+ guests

  • 16,000+ square feet that encompasses our Production Brewery, available for private tour by your guests

  • Our event spaces can be combined, configured and customized to accommodate just about any event

Having planned numerous events of our own (and experiencing all of the thrills and headaches that go along with it), we offer a simple, easy-to-understand, value-oriented approach that we think will take a lot of burden (and cost) off of your shoulders.

What’s included in our standard private event package:

  • Dedicated use of the Taproom and Patio/Beer Garden, and existing furnishings, fixtures and amenities

    • Of course, our furnishings can be removed should you desire to rent your own, but you are welcome to use ours

  • 5 full hours of dedicated facility time

    • 1 hour of set up, with the flexibility to deliver set up materials during the 2 days prior to the event date (additional set up time can be added if needed)

    • 3 event hours (additional time can be added if needed)

    • 1 hour of tear down with the flexibility to pick up materials during the 2 days following the event date (additional tear down time can be added if needed)

    • We will clean the facility for you, after tear down is complete

  • Plentiful (but restricted) access to our Production Brewery, via guided and informative tours led by one or more of our knowledgeable brewing staff

  • A state-of-the-art media and sound system

    • A wireless-enable 3 speaker, customizable sound system (2 indoor speakers, 1 outdoor speaker) with a wireless microphone for announcements, speeches, toasts and such.

    • Two large-screen (55”) TVs and one projector screen (125”) that can display synchronized content originating wirelessly from most computers.  The TVs are strategically located in the Taproom

  • Generous bathroom facilities for men and women, located in in the Taproom, handicapped-accessible

  • Free parking for 60+ vehicles, including dedicated handicapped parking and ramp

  • Ample staging, preparation and warming oven/refrigeration space for caterers and other event service providers

What’s NOT included in our standard private event package:

  • Linens, drapes or decorations

  • Utensils, plates, platters, bowls or any other plate- or glass-ware

  • Disc Jockeys or other entertainment providers

  • Indemnity insurance to protect you, your guests and us

    • We can help you obtain such insurance from a reputable provider at a reasonable low cost

Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday) (20% increased price for March,April, Nov, Dec)

Other event arrangement options

We also offer semi-private event options where a portion of our Taproom, Patio and/or Beer Garden can be cordoned off for use by you and your guests during regular business hours.  This arrangement is best suited for groups of 15 to 50, or so.

No outside alcohol of any type is allowed on premise! (It’s the law)

You are allowed to bring a caterer of your choice but just let us know who it is in advance of the event!
