This traditional pilsner is light, crisp, and refreshing while still having plenty of flavor. Saaz hops provide most of the aroma, with grass, floral notes, and just a touch of black pepper. Clean with a dry finish--No Jacket is a crispy boi thirst quencher. 6.25/16oz or 3.75/9oz “half pour”

Wolf Dog Wit
Belgian Witbier 20 IBU 5.5% ABV
Brewed with coriander, orange peel, and black pepper, this classic Belgian wheat beer is pleasantly gentle on the palate with a bit of body and a sweetish finish. Pairs great with seafood, a lightly-dressed salad, or goat cheese. 6.25/16oz or 3.75/9oz “half pour”

Dynamite Brown Ale
American Brown Ale 30 IBU 6.0% ABV
Love delicious caramel aroma with just a touch of coffee roastieness and chocolate? Us too! You’ll get all of that in our brown ale, along with a bit of floral American hops. It finishes dry, with notes of caramel and toffee. 6.25/16oz or 3.75/9oz “half pour”

Savannah River IPA
American IPA 50 IBU 7.0% ABV
Our dark golden IPA features a ton of American hops. Bravo, Amarillo, and Citra hops provide a medley of citrus and stone fruit aroma, with a bit of piny resin. Bready malt character on the palate quickly gives way to an assertive, lasting hop bitterness. 6.25/16oz or 3.75/9oz “half pour”

Four Stags
Hard Apple Cider 4.5% ABV
Crisp, dry, hazy and unfiltered, our cider is bursting with fresh tart apple flavor. As an extra added bonus, it’s gluten free. $6.75/16oz or 4.5/9oz “half pour”

Southern Sour
Fruited American Sour 5.2% ABV
Light, crisp, and flavored with real raspberry and lemon our summer sour is as refreshing as a cold glass of pink lemonade on a warm day. Tart, but definitely not aggressively sour it’s approachable and crushable. $6.75/16oz or $4.25/9oz “half pour”

Sol del Sur
Mexican Lager w/ Lime 5.0% ABV
This light golden Mexican-style lager is grainy sweet, medium-bodied, and features just a touch of muted hop bitterness. Bright lime is added to complete the picture. You’ll find lingering notes of maize and just a touch of sweetness that’s balanced by the citrus. It’s smooth, thirst quenching, and definitely crushable. For you purists, Sol del Sur is also available without lime..  $6.75/16oz or $4.25/9oz “half pour”

Tree of Life
Hefeweizen 5.0% ABV
Our Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen features a medium-full body, very low hop presence, a tangy sourdough-like backbone, and pleasant notes of banana, vanilla, bubblegum, and clove. This low gra German wheat is perfect for spring in  the AUG!. $6.25/12oz

No Sleep Till Chico
American Pale Ale 5.8%
No Sleep is our take on the American Craft Classic style many of you cut your teeth on. This no fuss, no nonsense beer is  easy drinking and moderately hopped with cascade and centennial for notes of grapefruit and a touch of earthy resin. It’s balanced  with a pleasantly bready backbone. $6.25/12oz

Chasing Comets
Double IPA 7.4% ABV
This wonderfully balanced dry-hopped DIPA features Cascade, Galaxy, and (of course) Comet hops. The initial bready sweetness gives way to notes of mango, papaya, and lime zest with just a hint of dankness on the finish. Wonderful, lingering bitterness will hang out on your pallet, urging you for another sip. $6.25/12oz

I Won't Stand for This
IPA 6.2% ABV
Our “Ales for ALS” beer is back for another run. Brewed with the exclusive hop blend made for the Ales for ALS program (including Simcoe, Mosaic, Kush and the experimental HBC-522 and -1019 hops, . This IPA  is filled with notes of papaya, mango, grapefruit, and raspberry. Named last year by Matt Graeser (who tragically lost his battle with the horrible disease recently), proceeds from sales will help fund ALS research. $6.25/12oz

Brewer's Blunder
Czech Rye Dark Lager 5.7% ABV
Story time: our  R&D brewer misheard someone order a "Czech Rye" at another brewery. The fruited sour "Check Ride" she was served  was not what she was expecting, but the idea for a Czech Rye wouldn't stop pestering her. The resulting lager is a dark amber color with a bready base, peppery spice notes, and a crisp finish. $6.25/12oz

Witmosa
Witbier + OJ 4.8% ABV
It’s your Sunday (or any day)  treat! Fresh orange juice compliments the orange peel our Wolf Dog Witbier is brewed with, and the result is a delicious, light, citrusy  pick-me-up. $6.75/12oz

Moccasin
Dynamite Brown + Four Stags Cider 5.3% ABV
Sounds weird, right? But some bartender somewhere started it all by pouring Newcastle Brown Ale with Strongbow Cider, called it a “Strongcastle” and it turns out it’s pretty delicious. Think caramel apple. Moccasin is our brewery version, and we hope you’ll give it a try. $6.50/16 oz
